The People’s Council of Tay Ho District

The People’s Council of Tay Ho district is the State power agency representing people’s will, aspirations, and ownership rights. It is elected by the people of the Tay Ho district and accountable to them and higher-level state agencies.
With its functions and tasks, the People’s Council at all levels always adheres to the resolutions of the Party and decisions on tasks and targets: regularly inspecting and urging units to implement the set objectives and directions well. Under the leadership of the District Party Committee, elections of representatives of the People’s Council at all levels are held in a vibrant, democratic, lawful, safe, and economical manner. Through the election, the quality of the District People’s Council representatives has been significantly enhanced. The activities of the People’s Council have been renewed in both form and content, promoting the role as a state power agency and getting annual recognition from the City People’s Council.
