Deploying the self-assessment, comrade Dao Thi Bich Ngoc - an expert from the Department of Education and Training - clarified the concept of self-assessment, how to distinguish the difference from the self-assessment report, and described some common errors. when the units conduct the assessment; introduce a set of educational quality assessment standards according to Circulars 17, 18 and 19 of the Ministry of Education and Training for each school level: Primary, Secondary and preschool; specifically set out standards, criteria, indicators, contents of hands and rank them according to groups from 1 to 4 as well as the self-assessment process... guiding schools to develop improvement plans quality after external assessment to support schools in self-assessment, review and assessment of the actual quality of educational activities, facilities, other related issues of the school such as grades strengths and weaknesses, develop quality improvement plans for educational institutions to adjust their resources to meet assessment standards, thereby making plans for self-improvement and continuous quality improvement, preparing for external evaluation.

Concluding at the conference, the Head of the Department of Education and Training, teacher Tran Thi Huong said that starting from 2023, the whole industry will uniformly implement self-assessment to build a database on self-assessment. help the management, the development of quality improvement plans that are practical, scientific, effective and timely.

He requested that after the training conference, 100% of educational institutions in the district strictly implement self-assessment as prescribed in Circulars 17, 18, 19 for Kindergarten and Primary School. and secondary schools and pay attention to strictly follow the procedure as instructed.
