Tu Lien communal house was formerly the communal house of Ngoai Chau village, since 1993, changed its name into Tu Lien communal house and is now located in group 4 of Tu Lien ward, Tay Ho district.
Based on the materials that are still preserved in the communal house: spirit, ordained, epigraphic, parallel sentences... Tu Lien communal house worships four gods are: Trieu Dinh Cuong Nghi Dai Vuong, Bao Trung Dai Vuong, Minh Khiet Dai Vuong, Phuong Nuong Princess.
