The Party Committee, People’s Council, and People’s Committee of Nhat Tan Ward

The Party Committee of Nhat Tan Ward is the core of political activities at the grassroots level. It abides by the Party’s principles, policies, and laws of the State; determines the political orientation and effective leadership in the implementation of local political tasks; proactively coordinates with relevant agencies and organizations to build a solid grassroots political system, creating a prosperous, beautiful, and civilized ward.

The People’s Council of Nhat Tan Ward is the State power agency representing the people’s will, aspirations, and ownership rights. It is elected by the people of Nhat Tan Ward and accountable to them and higher-level state agencies.

The People’s Committee of Nhat Tan Ward is elected by the People’s Council of Nhat Tan Ward and serves as the People’s Council’s local executive agency as well as the state administrative agency. It is accountable to the People’s Council of Nhat Tan Ward and the higher-level state agencies.
