Introduce
Ngoc Xuyen Communal House, located in the “Tu Chau” region of Vinh Thuan District, is a significant religious and cultural site for the community. This land has experienced numerous administrative changes over time. Known initially as Xuyen Bao settlement, it was divided during the Tran Dynasty into four hamlets: Noi Chau, Ngoai Chau, Ngoc Chau, and Van Chau. During the Le Dynasty, it was referred to as the Tam Bao settlement of Noi Chau, and under the Nguyen Dynasty, after several renamings, it became Noi Chau Commune in 1910. Before 1945, it belonged to Phuc Lam Canton, Hoan Long District, Ha Dong Province. From 1961, it was a part of Tu Lien Commune, Tu Liem District, on the outskirts of Hanoi. Since 1996, it has been under the authority of Tu Lien Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi.
